FAQ


When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days from purchase date. During busy periods please be aware there may be slight delays.

How can I track my order?
We send direct from our manufacturer. You will receive a notification email when we have confirmation that your order has been shipped. We hold receipts with tracking details for reference in case of any problem.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally received within 3-6 weeks of order date, dependent on destination country. 
We ship from Asia therefore these are the timescales. If an item has not arrived we will check it's whereabouts. If there is any issue we will refund or replace.

Will I have to pay a customs charge?
No, we label each customs slip accordingly, so your package will not incur customs charges.

Do you take pre-orders or reservations?
No we can't due this due to demand sorry.

I cannot login with my registered details
Please note logins are case sensitive - this is often the issue for failed logins - please double check you have entered as registered. Otherwise please email us and we can assist.

The shirt I want is out of stock in my size. When will you be getting more in?
We make full production runs of each design. Once a size is sold out that's it. 
However we do re-release all our designs periodically - depending on demand.
We advise you to subscribe to our mailing list to receive all release information and be prepared to order promptly on day of release.
These shirts are in high demand, order early to avoid disappointment
I have just ordered a shirt. I bought this as a gift and I need it for a certain date.
We have a standard dispatch and shipping time which is applicable for all orders. Unfortunately we are unable to prioritize orders. The faster shipping option available is Express (4-5 days), and quotes for this are around £40 GBP per package, which is not feasible.

We cannot be held responsible for late delivery of items bought as gifts.

I will be unable to get online when you release the ----- shirt. Can I reserve/buy one now, or could you hold one for me?
Sorry we cannot so this. If you know the release date please arrange for a friend to buy on your behalf.

Would it be possible to make a custom or wholesale order?
Sorry this is not currently possible.
